We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returning an Item
If you’ve changed your mind about a product, we’ll gladly offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

Returned with the original receipt

Brought back to the store within 14 days
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that are no longer in a resalable condition unless they are faulty.
How to Return
To return an item, simply visit our store with your product and receipt. One of our team members will assist you with the return or exchange process.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact the store directly as soon as possible with your order details. We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on personalised items or gift cards, unless they’re faulty.
